Blink Release is an Eastern approach designed to help manage recurring traumatic memories and CPTSD anxieties while providing the same benefits as EMDR (yet less triggering).
Through the simple task of blinking, combined with the accompaniment of your Wellness Ally, meditation, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, and visualization, you'll experience a lighter load and be better prepared to face future thoughts. Please note that if you choose this service, a document of understanding must be signed before the session begins. Blink Release is not a replacement for therapy, but rather a supplementary tool to be used in conjunction with seeing a licensed therapist or physician regularly.
